We only accept trade references from similar companies in the supply of tooling and equipment. Please do not use your OIL or METAL suppliers as referees.

TRADE REFERENCES

Please supply TWO references from companies in a similar trade to Floyd Automatic. We cannot accept oil or metal suppliers as trade references.

PARTNER DETAILS

Please provide us with the full details of ALL partners below, if you are a Sole Trader of Partnership.

CREDIT DETAILS

Trade referees should be able to support the credit figure entered below. All amounts should be entered in Sterling and bank charges apply to all card transactions with the exception of certain private debit cards.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I/We agree to pay any invoices in full without deduction or set off within one calendar month from the end of the month in which the goods are invoiced.

I/We agree the credit account facility will be subject to the terms and conditions of Floyd Automatic Tooling Ltd, and that adherence to this obligation is the essence of the contract between us.

I/We authorize our Bankers to provide a Bankers opinion as to our suitability for the above credit figure.
