New Sub-Spindle ID Clamping Work-holding Solution
The WIFEX collet is an exclusive development of WIBEMO SA to pickoff your turned parts on an internal diameter. Capacity from 1.0mm. The expanding arbor collet can be used exactly like a standard F-Type collet without any modification of the collet sleeve. The mechanism of the collet allows the accurate clamping of your parts internally, in order to do light counter operation machining.
New Collet and Guide Bush Solutions
- SB Bushes: These guide bushes are made entirely from a special bronze which offers very high accuracies and no seizing on difficult materials like titanium.
- BL Bushes: The low cost solution to the SB bush. This coated guide bush offers similar low friction, anti-seize properties.
- SDK Adaptive Guide Bushes: The alternative to the traditional three shell AGB guide bush that offers improved stability and greater accuracy.
- Collets with replaceable liner (pads) available in brass, aluminium, plastic etc. Good for picking up on delicate items, and can be machined to size on the machine.
