Returns & Exchanges
Should you need to return any goods to us for whatever reason, please contact our sales team and advice them of the reasons for the return. They will issue a goods return number which should be used on your returning paperwork.
PLEASE NOTE
- You will need to ensure that all returns are correctly packed and returned with all accessories, manuals and relevant paperwork. - Goods returned will remain at your risk until safely received by us. We may in any event refuse to accept back any goods which have deteriorated or been damaged during return or which are incomplete. - A re-stocking and handling charge of 20% is applicable on stock returns. Made to order items ads NON-Returnable and NON-Refundable. Please ensure that the details are correct prior to placing your order.
